I'm very happy with my Petit Pillow. I ordered my own after using a friend's. What I like: soft fabric, supportive pillow innards, adjusts for any size passenger,. What I like best: because of the lanyard headrest attachment, it doesn't fall through the seat space into the back seat floor while you flail around trying to recover it. I think this will work well on an airplane also and will test it on my next flight.

There were errors in the shipping address, confusion between the buyer and recipient, no opportunity to send as a gift, (i.e. product name was disclosed on the package.) I sent two emails to the company 10 minutes after reviewing the order in an attempt to correct the errors and my instructions were ignored. I am very unhappy with the customer service and would not order from them again.

Not only is it super comfortable and convenient for my car its made from recycled materials. I love when a company incorporates helping the environment with a great product. I would recommend this for not just your car but also travel the shape is great and fits well no matter your size my husband loves it too.
